Empathy, Equity, and Excellence will drive my vision at Hillcrest Elementary during the 22-23 school year. We truly believe we will be #BetterTogether this school year! There are no limits to what any student or teacher can achieve at Hillcrest with a student-centered and growth mindset mentality. Family and community buy-in are essential to student success, and I encourage all stakeholders to make decisions for positive change. Being committed and passionate is an integral part of my life. Even though sometimes it is challenging when you are a school leader, it is also rewarding to see our students grow emotionally and academically. I am committed to innovative practices and collaborative efforts with all stakeholders.
